Please add a detailed repair request, your contact details and the original sales receipt to your item. We recommend that you pack the item safely and send it by insured shipping. Please give us a week for a repair assessment time. Once we have completed our assessment, we will provide you with detailed repair information and a cost estimate for the repair.

By returning this to us in an unused and unworn condition, at your own expense. We recommend the insured shipping. In case of a loss of the package, you have a corresponding proof over the consignment.
