Product care and repair
What can I do to maintain my products?
We pay great attention to the quality of our products! In order to present you with a great variety of colors and content, we use various techniques of goldsmithing. Since we want you to enjoy your piece of jewelry for a long time, we recommend to read and follow our care instructions.
Remove your jewelry before washing your hands, perfuming or moisturizing. The particles of these cosmetics, which can not be removed by short washing, can be deposited in hard-to-reach areas and become a corrosive mixture which can lead to premature wear of the metal in the long term.
This also applies to the use of household cleaners.
Avoid contact with salt water. This can attack both precious stones as well as precious metals and thereby sustainably damage.
Avoid impacts and scratches.
Always keep your jewelery in the original boxes. Store chains closed and lying flat.
Special care must be taken with pieces with fire-embers, since fire-seals are melted glass, which can break through an improper treatment.
Gold cladding may wear out over time, depending on the load. This is a natural process which, however, can be avoided by appropriate treatment (see above).
How can I have an item repaired?
With time each piece of jewelry shows signs of wear. This is normal and we find it beautiful when a piece of jewelry tells of its life and develops its own patina over time. But we also offer the restoration and repair of your jewelery. Please contact:

How can I return an item?
By returning this to us in an unused and unworn condition, at your own expense. We recommend the insured shipping. In case of a loss of the package, you have a corresponding proof over the consignment.
How many days do I have to return an item?
Jonathan Johnson offers a 30 days refund.
How do I refund my payment?
As soon as your delivery has been received by us and tested, the amount will be automatically refunded. Refunds will vary depending on the payment method and will be processed within 14 days following receipt of the returned items.
If you have used a gift card for your purchase, you will receive a new one for the corresponding sum.
Can I also exchange goods for goods?
