Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the final delivery.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. by letter, email or via the electronic withdrawal function provided on our website).

If you make use of this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal without undue delay (e.g. by email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

End of the Right of Withdrawal Information

1. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive for their manufacture, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs (Section 312g (2) No. 1 German Civil Code – BGB).

This includes, in particular, individually made pieces of jewellery, custom-made items, engravings and products configured according to the customer’s specifications.

Non-binding Information on Returns

The following information is provided solely to facilitate the processing of returns and is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

1. Please avoid damage and contamination. If possible, please return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use suitable protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use appropriate packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid claims for compensation arising from damage caused by insufficient packaging.
2. Before returning the goods, please call us at +49 (0) 40 – 4016 3113 or email us at info@jonathanjohnson.de to notify us of the return. This enables us to identify and process the returned products as quickly as possible.
3. Please note that the procedures described in paragraphs 2 and 3 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
